I see this every day with our broken judicial system. I have to wonder what the judge would have given her if she would have turned around and whipped his %@#! Children can’t defend themselves & that’s what the adults of our judicial system are supposed to do and when they continue to fail the vicious cycle continues.

I don’t see how he got two years for child porn. This monster should have got life for five charges alone and then got a battery charge for touching the woman and another charge for the video. The Judge in this case has struck again with her extremely poor judgement/ decision. I don’t think she followed the guidline of the law….I’m gonna keep it classy so I’ll stop while I’m ahead.

I can not believe that the courts gave him 2 years. Child porn of any kind, creation of, distribution, or receiving it should be treated as accessory to child abuse, exploitation, sexual assault, kidnapping, and trafficking, just to name a few. This individual should never see freedom again.
