If ya'll need some counseling or some other help you need to seek it out at this time. When my sister and I were about 13-15, we thought we knew it all and ran off for just a bit, it worked out OK but spent the night on a sliding board on a winter night in New England and tried to trudge back home in the snow but our parents had locked us out (good parents) and said they will not put up with that. Tough Love...45 or so years later we are all doing fine but if you do not get help or parents lay down "the law" you may not fare as well. Ours told us if we did it again to just keep on going and never come back. We decided we had it pretty good (and we did) It was a battle of wills and independence but also a lesson in respect. There must be a clear indication of an abduction. The law enforcement agency's preliminary investigation must conclude that the child's life is in danger. There must be a detailed description of child, abductor and/or vehicle to broadcast to the public. The activation must be recommended by the local law enforcement agency of jurisdiction. I hope they hear from this young lady soon. Hope this girl is found safe. If she is able to, she should at least call and let someone know she is ok . @eDavis
