It appears, that these bonds on each charge are at the low end of the range based on her charges. 1 count Grand Theft under $5,000. 1 count of Fraud/swindle 1 count of Misrepresentation to commit theft 5 counts of Forgery 18 counts of Dealing in Stolen Property Additionally, a $15,000 bond to some people may as well be a million dollar bond if they dont have the resources to bond out. This lady was able to bond out of jail in less than 12 hours. Charlotte – the reason why her bond is so high, is due to the total number of charges she is facing.
