Coach Nolin retired as principal of AC Moore. He has more experience in education than most of the other members of the Board. Mr. Grissett retired as principal, also, so he should know this is the biggest mistake they could possibly make for Atmore students. Dr. Wallace has some experience in education, so he, too, should know the inherent problems that are about to come. Knott will be long gone by the time parents figure out this was the worst possible action that could have been taken by the Board. Wake up voters!! They would make great craft or hobby shops,, storage. The kitchen would be great for meals on wheels. All that empty space for Civic Clubs and Organizations? I do not know the number of class rooms, but there has to be at least thirty? 30 x $250.00 would yield $7500.00 in monthly rent, which could be used to maintain the property, or deposited into the general fund?
