First of all, I live near Cottage Hill, not in it.. but, I would like to extend a sincere “thank you” to everyone who participated in this community improvement effort. The residents of Cottage Hill are fortunate, indeed. Secondly, just out of curiosity, does the clean sweep project cover residences/properties alongside dirt roads, or only areas with paved roads?
