The only people who will make decent money in the tourism industry is the owners of the establishments. The workers will make chump change and more than likely have to get a second job to cover their day-to-day expenses. How about high-tech jobs, Scott? How about high-tech jobs that don't call for pre-existing secret and top secret clearance and 5 to 10 years previous experience, Scott? Why do we have schools teaching high-tech skills only to be told "no" on every interview because we lack the experience/security clearance, Scott? Why can't we get jobs that aren't government/military or tourism related, Scott? Why can't we get private sector businesses and jobs, Scott? I'll hold my breath for an answer and report back of what shade of blue or purple I am when I get a response.
