Just my opinion, but we waste entirely too much money on "failing schools." The "school" is not the building....the "school" is made up of STUDENTS and those students who have PARENTS -- those students and parents determine the success or failure of a school. You can't put lipstick on a pig, as the saying goes. I’m so glad my child has graduated, but Florida’s educational system is still troubling to me.
