That is a poorly-engineered intersection and a narrow roadway, and it should be redesigned. I've had near-misses there myself when folks travel eastbound on Woodbury, especially if they try to navigate the way-too-tight turn southbound to 95A. The county should bear responsibility for this poorly engineered intersection. The driver at fault is, of course, to blame in this case, but it's still a bad intersection.
