@ anne 1of2….if you read the article again, you will see that it says ‘a struggle ensued over the gun’. So, if he was trying to kill her (and I do not know), it seems that is where the fatal shot landed; maybe not where he was originally aiming.

So two days ago somebody argues and is shot, and every comment was he was a murderer after he was indicted and convicted. This story, there is a gun and some type of struggle, and somebody dies. Every comment is that they cannot believe the grand jury indicted. Nobody will bring back the deceased. Taxpayers will house the shooter for 50k a year after the jury makes its decision, and once again everybody loses. There is a common denominator despite the comments.

Regardless of what happened, the state is on his behind now. With unlimited resources and backwards laws to favor them, the government will no doubt have a field day with this guys life. What’s worse is the morons programmed by politicians, music industry, Disney and their subsidiaries, and technology, will believe anything. Then you have the older folks, while good people, are so gullible, they’ll believe he’s guilty just because prosecutors say so.

I know Bell and knew Martin very well. Donna was the type to put herself in bad situations. Of course, this didn’t make her a bad person, but she did try to cover up a lot. She would take abuse and then say it was her fault. Bell ought to be ashamed of himself for acting like a child in the first place. Now her 4 kids have to live without their momma. I couldn’t imagine!

I can’t believe there charging him with murder, it was an accident ,the victim. Told nurses he didn mean to do it, bell loved her very much. It’s sad I knew ms Martin and Bell , he’s not a murderer.
