It is called comprehension and people nowadays seem to not have much of that after reading certain comments. The story stated "She was eastbound on Marcus Pointe Boulevard at 4:03 a.m. when she failed to yield the right of way at an intersection with Highway 29" and hit this man which was seriously injured himself (so he did not WALK AWAY). Not so sure where in the heck Leggs got that from. Again, It is called comprehending what you read. William, You need to just forgive those that can't read, comprehend what they are reading or remember what they just read. Fisherman is RIGHT ON as well. If she failed the right of way as the story states she is responsible for Her car, the man's vehicle, and all those other vehicles at the dealership. I guess she will be losing her insurance for sure. Praying for all involved that the LORD will put his loving and healing arms around them both and heal them to where they still have quality of life. By the way, This was not wrote to me mean either, I wrote this to bring attention on how people read things and then can't seem to remember what they just read. It humors me to no end.
