It is not Washington who tells you to paint your house a certain color, or how you can use your property. It has only been 100 years since the Supreme Court approved the Euculid decision giving local government control over your property in regard to land use, and in that 100 years trillions of dollars have been thrown down the rabbit hole as local government tells you how you can use your property. More money for autocratic restrictions of free people, but no money to flush the waste down the sewer. It is time to simply say NO to local governments crushing folks freedom and liberty to own property and live in freedom without unnecessary government intrusion. 25 thousand dollars to get uniform oppression, and what has it given us.....cookie cutter subdivisions and strip malls while the beautiful cities laid out by citizens before 1916 are smothered by fools deciding they will tell you what your property needs.
