He looks so serious…
Have anyone here ever wonder why inmates dont smile for their prison photo? Inmates are not allowed.
By the way. Life is very “painful” for an inmate that assaults a CO. That CO and his friends make sure of it and it does not make the news unless it results on the death of the inmate.

Now I understand what your saying but believe me if the officers that work there could persuade the inmate population in a different way without repercussions then we would not have these assaults on staff to begin with

@429scj: I wasn’t sure if that was what you meant, but I concur wholeheartedly! Touch me, inmate, and I’m going to touch you back in a way that will be painful and that you won’t forget. That’s assuming the other inmates don’t take care of you first.

Looks like he has an audience within that prison.. He needs to be moved to solitary confinement. It’s hard to be big and bad with no audience.

Put anyone assaulting a CO in solitary confinement for the duration of his time plus what ever they get for the assault. Take away the television, radio, commissary, and any other luxury items they may get. Give them 3 meals a day and a bed plus a bible and they may think before they assault a CO. As a Correctional Officer for the last 20 years, I have seen a rise in the amount of attacks on Officers. The biggest reason is there are no consequences for the inmates actions. If you were sentenced to 17 years in prison would you really fear a disciplinary report. It works just like a restraining order. I have never saw a piece of paper that could stop a fist, a shank or a head-butt. Any crime committed inside a prison, no matter how small, should be prosecuted, just as you would be if you committed the crime. there’s a huge double standard between inmates and Officers. Everyone should be held accountable for their actions, at all times.
