After my father died when I was 10, but for the nourishing hot school lunches I never could have learned. The staff who prepare those meals never get the recognition they deserve on making sure children eat nourishing meals. It takes a complete team at a school to educate kids and these folks are an integral part of the education team. A big thumbs up. Y'all will never know how many many many school lunches us kids looked forward to and enjoyed. Thank You for all that hard work, culinary excellence and mostly the Love you put into taking care of us young'uns....now not so young.
