Agent said the problem was the vehicles today cost more money to repair and some newer vehicles don't even have parts available to repair them. Agent also said that over half of accidents are caused by drivers on cell phones. Agent also stated they pull cell phone records for all accident claims. The owner must agree to release the records before claim can begin. This is not over yet will continue to rise. @ Anne

This has become an every day occurrence and will continue until the cars drive themselves. We can't drive and read at the same time.
