Just turn everything over and wash your hands of it. Then perhaps the Mayor and Town Council can focus their energy on improving the town. How about some nice iron lamp post lining highway 29 along with some landscaping so the town doesn't look so depressed. Some incentives to get businesses to fill all of those vacant delapitaed old buildings? Businesses in Century close to never reopen. Why is that?
