I like how several people say to get more details before judging… as if thousands of dollars worth of stolen merchandise in the possession of someone trying to sell the merchandise “well below” market value, isn’t enough to get the ball rolling. Lol. What a joke!!!

“Get all the details before you judge,” here’s a possible scenario. He was shopping after hours and found these mowers he just had to have right then. He cut the fence, loaded the mowers up and drove away with every intention of returning during business hours to make payment, but something came up and he forgot. He got short of cash, so he sold one mower well below market value, intending to then use that money to make a down payment and finance the remaining debt. Instead, those pesky cops showed up and falsely accused him of theft. Or, the other more likely scenario is he’s a thief and got caught.

“get the details before you judge”…….here we go with another California-based attitude towards thieves and the like. He took the goods from someone else and tried to sell them………or maybe he bought the goods cheap from the thief and……tried to sell them. Either way he’s guilty of taking property and selling it, or receiving stolen property and trying to sell it. Those are all the details I need to see. Go to the west coast and defend him out there. It might work there, but not in the rest of the REAL world!
