Unfortunately, photos just can't do justice to the atmosphere in the gym when the students were assembling the meals. Going from station to station, I watched careful measuring, attention to detail, and plenty of problem solving . . . not to mention plenty of dancing feet and smiling faces. Not only did the ag students assemble and pack the meals, they also cleaned up the tables, repacked the supplies to be shipped back to Meals of Hope, and swept the floor until lured away by pizza. This group turned right around today to man a petting zoo, horseshoes, and calf roping for Special Olympics. Score two for the values supported by FFA!

Actually there was over 20 thousand meals packaged and sent to the local food bank. It was great to see our youth serving others.
