I am currently on my second stint of retail management….a little over 10 years all together. I have really been wanting a change before I get to old to do so. Is Navy Federal as good as it sounds or is it crazy stressful?

I member of navy federal since 2004 . People or employee of that companies treat thier member ask a family. Great service and invironment is very great…. thier service is very good….

This place is hit or miss. I was there for a few years and half of my experience was great, because I had great supervisors. That was in the call center. I then went to the back office. It was a nightmare. No straight answers, enormous grey areas, no one wanted to shoot straight, treated you like a child, and got angry at you for asking questions. I finally pulled the plug and moved on. It could be superb if they’d clean up bad managers like that. Maybe it’s improved. I certainly hope so!

I’ve been a member of Navy Federal Credit union for over 6 years and the service I’ve received from them has always been great.

I have worked for NF. And it is not that great. Every supervisor teaches the group different, A lot of confusion, you either love it there or you hate it.

I have been a member since 1983 and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Although I have never worked for NFCU, I can only surmise they take care of their employees like they take care of their customers.

I have been a customer of NFCU for 40+ years and could not ask for a better place for my money. They care. That is important. I have two family members and a neighbor that work there. They love it. Have never heard a negative word about them.
