If Rick Scotts wants to fund his corporate welfare, he could pay the State of Florida back , all the millions of tax payer funds he spent settling lawsuits filed against him for violating Florida Sunshine Laws. And for spending millions tax payer funds building a sea wall around a golf course in Orlando. Rick Scott keeps all his assets hidden in a blind trust in his wife's name. I commend the legislature for doing the right thing and putting a stop to this insanity. What would create jobs is stop charging sales tax on business commercial leases. Florida is the only state in the nation that does this. create an environment that business could open and thrive.
