I just have one thing to say, IF IT WAS YOUR DAUGHTER, MOTHER, OR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER THAT WAS MURDERED BY THOSE 2 HEARTLESS PEOPLE, JUST HOW WOULD ALL OF YOU WHO FEEL SHE MAY BE INNOCENT FEEL THEN? I never in my worst nightmare dreamed of something like this happening to my family, and yet there are people out there that think she is innocent because she was scared! give me a break! being a Mother herself how in the world could she allow My Daughter to be shot in front of her 18 month son?? there is a lot more you don’t know about the case!!!, but she is far from being innocent!! I just wish people would keep their defending and pity opinions to their selves, because if you are a family member of any of the victims, we don’t want to hear it!!!

It isn’t actually misuse — it’s his job to charge those he believes he can prove committed a crime.

We have all broken the law at sometime so that makes us all criminals, or are you just too perfect to wait and see the whole truth and not just bits and pices. The constitution says all need to be defended especially from those who want to convict without a trail. I believe she is guilty but at a fair trail if she is found not guilty i can accept that.

Didn’t she meet upeople with him after the first two murders. Kind of hard to say she was kidnapped. She had plenty of opportunities to leave and didn’t. Be accountable for your actions and remember who you are trying to defend a criminal.

OK. This lady has already been convicted by everyone,including the media. I believe this lady was forced to do this by this killer. Yes,she did go in and buy food,etc,motel room but I think she was scared not to. If someone was holding me and told me to do this and I would be killed if I didn’t I would have to. These girls that were killed in the motel room so stated the Father this man was his Daughter’s boyfriend and how was he going to know what room and where she was UNLESS SHE TOLD HIM. The lady in custody was not there with him or the young ladies he killed would not have let him in. I, too, was frightened when they were looking for him too but I believe this lady he let go before he shot himself was a victim of kidnap. I wish I could be on that jury to look into this as it needs to be.

State Attorney Bill Eddings has personally found her guilty and shared that opinion with the media. It’s shameful that a man in his position would misuse his influence like that. Our laws say a person is innocent until proven guilty. He’s so gung-ho to prosecute her and get attention that he behaved unprofessionally and should stop this rhetoric and be held accountable, i.e., advise the public he shouldn’t have influenced them inappropriately.

So maybe she took the Tammy Wynette song “Stand By Your Man” a little too far? Maybe she didn’t have the mental capacity to know the difference between right and wrong? Well, of she’s that so out of touch from reality, she doesn’t need to be breathing anyway. Convict her, sentence her, strap her to the table, jab that needle in her arm and put her to sleep for good.

Please have a heart. The law says presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. She looks simple and may not have known what to do. She loved her man. More information may come out. What if she did not have the mental capabilities to choose right from wrong.? May the right thing be done whether guilty or not guilty.
