I don’t know the deal between these two, however, it IS possible that he may have wanted her to be there to “tell his story” and that maybe why she is still alive. Why wouldn’t he kill her when he killed himself? It hasn’t been told to me that they were lovers or anything, but he obviously trusted her to to take her with him on his “killing spree” but he let her go? Doesn’t make sense to me. Only the Lord above knows what really happened and I pray for everyone who lived and didn’t live through this horrible situation.

She’s not going anywhere. The charge in Santa Rosa County is Accessory to Murder After the Fact, and is not a capital offense, so the judge had a constitutional requirement to set a bond. Even I’d somebody paid her bond in Santa Rosa County, she would not be released to go free. Escambia County has a Murder 1st Degree warrant for her and she would just get transferred there. Baldwin County had her charged with Capital Murder, a charge for which there will be no bond. Mary ain’t going anywhere except to another jail, prison and the cemetary.

WHY in the world does she have a bond!!! She shouldn’t be let out under no circumstances, what in the world is wrong with judicial system. Holy crap this is unbelievable!!!

I hope whoever turned them in gets the reward money. Rumor has it that the person who got the Billings murder didn”t get the reward because they called 911 and not crimestoppers. I hope this is not true.

My prayers are with all the families may God give each of you peace in your hearts. and I also pray for this young lady Mary Rice that God may have mercy on you because I do not know what you have lived thou or if you helped Billy Boyette but if you helped him you deserve to pay the price but if not then God will see you thou this… My prayers for all this is what our country needs PRAYER

Watch, she is going to get the same or near the same as the ” Bonnie and Clyde” couple from a year or two ago. She is going to play big time victim…. oooooor the judge is going to say there isn’t enough evidence to prosecute her and she’ll get 3 years probation an possibly some kind of fine
