The mayor broke the rules and the law. Is it ok for you to take from your neighbor on the left and give it to your neighbor on the right. All you are doing is what you beleive to be right and after all they can afford it while the other needs it. Should you be praised for breaking the law because you figured it was ok? No. And that is just what the mayor did. Maybe the workers do need and deserve a pay raise but do it legally. I suuport the working people.
