Released and turned over to their guardians! There is no punishment to speak of in place for juveniles. They are probably combing the streets again tonight doing the same thing.

Those vehicles happened to be mine and my boyfriend’s, hopefully they will punished to the full extent of the law and not receive a “slap on the back of the hand”.
