I attended Jim Allen back in the 70s and the teachers there were some of the most influential teachers in my life. I loved Mrs Barlow in kindergarten, Mrs Lewis in the 3rd grade and Mrs Rankin in the 5th grade. Does anyone remember Mrs Rankin in the 5th grade? She was amazing. I loved them all so much. Now I have Nieces and Nephew that are in or have attended Jim Allen. It is so nice to hear there are still wonderful teachers there now. I am sure she will have students remember her as fondly throughout their lives as I have remembered mine. Thank you Lacey Brown and congratulations.

Congratulations on winning this honor so young! My 3rd grade teacher was 100 yrs old, lol. But her name was Mrs. Belts, she taught me handwriting and I still love her for that! Your students will remember you forever!

How W.O.N.D.E.R.F.U.L. that all your efforts are recognized!
I can only imagine the excitement that was at your table...
your Mom probably cheered the loudest! You come from a long lineage of dedicated educators. This recognition is proof that public education is in SPECTACULAR hands of our young teachers. Your dear grandmother "Honey" would be wearing the biggest smile. Congratulations Lacey!
