This poor young man hit that water and had no control of his truck, thank God he wasn't hurt bad. We've lived next to this bridge since 1967, this flooding happens every time we have flash flooding. Maybe some day the county will step up and improve the old bridge and the low highway north of it where the flooding happens. The road was flooded from daylight until around noon.
