Well to qualify for counsel you have to be a resident and be willing, then the counsel members had to vote him in. To be elected, one has to submit it to Escambia county supervisor of elections. Then voters vote. I do not know Mr. Stead personally but his resume certainly seems like a fine and upstanding reasons to vote for him, plus I like his picture!! I am concerned about Hawkins when I saw on a news article that he said he was going to get a school and a police department. I thought to my self..."Self..how will he do that???" So I hope differing points of view and representations of the whole of Century will be on board and that they will work together!!! For the Good of Century. Common Sense.
