Another coward behind the wheel with no moral character or a conscience, it’s a good bet this one has a record, suspended or revoked drivers license, and no insurance. Instead of driving a vehicle the criminal needs to be stamping out license plates for them.

@ John Snow. That happens from the sun, too. My truck had never seen snow and it did that on the hood and the roof. Once the clear coat burns off, the sun will burn through the paint, to the primer in a heartbeat.

Try the University, looks like rust has accumulated on the roof from an abundance of snow from previous years.
