@Puddin, we have a young guy in my area that has his license permanently revoked for being a habitual offender. He started out suspended, bought a couple of felony arrests for accidents and tickets, broke probation etc, and we have probably a dozen leo’s within just a few miles who know him well. All he has to do is to get caught in the left seat and he’s guilty of felony driving while revoked AND another probation violation.

Yes….he recognized him and knew that he was driving without a license from previous encounters.

An Escambia County deputy “familiar” with 48-year old Aubrey Sebastian Phifer recognized him driving without a license on North Century Boulevard and West Highway 4.

Did I read that right? The Officer pulled him over because he recognized him? Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad they got another bad guy off the streets. But doesn’t he have to do something wrong before he’s stopped? Strange. A good lawyer will get him off and will have wasted a whole bunch of our money on this. Better to keep an eye and catch him in something they can hold him on.
