With honor and gratitude toward the departing Mayor and Councilwoman, we also hold hope and optimism for the future of Century, FL. We expect a renewed spirit of cooperation, maturity and a desire and ability to work together for the good of all. I will say, I have a bias toward the fact that several folks in this new team have military experience. Often they learn the value of leadership, respect, and the need for goal setting and a clear mission among other qualities. We plan, as older citizens, to continue to do our part, pay attention and expect this new local government as well as this reporting to maintain high standards.
