I have also seen people throw out lit cigarette butts from cars. I had an adult water moccasin in my yard under a hose reel and I am no where near a pond. Snake migration. Drought!!!!! Beware please. I wrote the county commisioner and asked them to enact a burn ban Seems like they should have already done that. People should be fined if that's what it takes. NO EXCUSES!!!
