The owner was advised that it was a possibility, but it was not seized at the time of the arrest, according to the arrest report.

Mr. Brown seems to have not been the owner of the vehicle he was using so am wondering if the vehicle was impounded with possibility of sale as used in commitment of a Felony?

If so should be a lesson to all vehicle owners, Do Not let druggies borrow your vehicles.

Mr. Brown, according to the Clerk of Court website, is no stranger to ‘the system’.

Glad nobody was harmed in this incident…Bless the LEO’s.
