Should not really surprise me but it is not like he has a tight budget for the sheriff's department. Although I am sure his office would say that they never have enough money, but who does in this world? Also is it mandatory that we have an escort? I am sure we also must have a permit which costs more money. I understand that everything we do cost something but to charge a small community for a little local Christmas parade seems over the line to me.
