		<description>The cost for those not qualifying for a scholarship would be helpful if available. 
I see it is listed as under one thousand dollars per year, but that can be as low as free and it mentions some are far enough along that graduation may only take a few months.

There are often those who complain that it isn&#039;t always free like the public education system they dropped out of or that they have to go all the way to the library if they don&#039;t have internet access and a $40 tablet or better. 
Those are interesting people.
