The whole system is in a mess. Our LEO’s put their lives on the line everyday to catch guys like this…a bond hearing must be held within 72 hours (in Alabama). IF it’s in the same court system previous charges are known if it’s a different city, county or even state sometimes the previous charges are not know to the current court administration and by the laws set before us the Judges have to set a bond based upon the information before them… if these guys(gals) are held, another drug dealer/friend or upset mom places that bond amount…then they are given a court date which can take months depending on where you are located(county/city) THEN off to WHAT jail???? Our penal system is so over whelmed with inmates that our Correction Officers are being killed. It is a sad situation that cannot be fixed overnight.
It MUST start at home with the raising/upbringing of young children. I know that good parents raise good children and sometimes those good children CHANGE…FAMILY is where we need to start in directing the children of this GREAT NATION. The free handouts need to stop and people need to learn to rely on themselves without crime to provide for their families. GOD BLESS US ALL

Its not the officers who let these criminals out……..its the judges who give them the chance to bond out……..everyone gets out no matter what they do……get used to it

My thoughts exactly Mr Holland. What’s I don’t get is if he is so dangerous and wanted so bad then how is it that he was arrested on Nov 16th with a new Gun charge and was bonded out the same day but then the ECSO posted him as a Wanted armed and dangerous man. Lol

If he is trafficking that poison he deserves a target on his back – he is a plague on society that needs to be eradicated – convicted felons with guns and poison, society has no use for this one or anymore like him.

I find it interesting that the sheriffs department didn’t consider this individual armed and dangerous the first or second time he was released on bond, but now that he has been on bond the third time due to some confusion with his paperwork he is now considered armed and dangerous… Labeling him as armed and dangerous sure puts a mighty big target on his back. I guess filling out paperwork for a dead body is a little easier than having to explain why he was released to begin with….
