I have been a daughter, sister and now a mother to my son who is also a Navy veteran. My Dad was a WWI and WWII veteran. One of my brothers graduated from Annapolis while my other one served aboard two different Naval destroyers. My son served eight years in the Navy. I have been a member of the Clovis, CA VFW Auxiliary for over 5 years and enjoyed helping our veterans by volunteering at the local VA Hospital, seeing that they are always remembered and being a part of activities that honor all the veterans in our community. I am so excited to watch the Blue Angels during their 2016 Homecoming Show!!! I've been honored to be able to see their past shows in San Francisco and Lemoore NAS, Calif. but I have looked forward to this one for 8 years!! I come from a Navy family.
