The planes were models that were used in WWII. Great stunts by all the groups there, but I really enjoyed this one, and of course, the BLUES! Awesome. Spectacular. Inspiring. I do not have the vocabulary to adequately convey the Blue Angel Homecoming. The history of Pensacola Naval Air Station combined with the pride and precision of our beloved Blues, and knowing just that, they are *our* Blues. This is their home and this is our home. As a Pensacola native that very combination makes this show, and this venue, special. Not as scenic as the beach show but, for me at least, much more heartfelt.
