I think a story about a school lock down should explain exactly what that means, for those of us not in the industries that use "lockdown" as industry jargon.
Does lockdown mean children were restricted in some way and if so, how? McArthur IS locked as the norm, the clerk has to beep you in after ID is checked (a great procedure). So, what is different during "lock down"? Did the children know what was happening? Was class interrupted?

William, I was at McArthur school when a white vehicle came by the front of the school with six deputies behind it with their lights and sirens on. They were joined by 5 more deputies as they traveled to the dead end . A short time later, they came back by following the white car why using their lights and siren. Is this a different event or did they follow the vehicle to Alabama. The white car wasn't going fast as to elude them, it just wasn't stopping,
