Thank you JMK all my charges were dismissed. People work hard for they get and i was in the company of the wrong people. My truck was borrowed by some people on hard times. They were suppose to be moving things from my home that i didnt lose in the tornado but instead they used my truck to loot things. I was only brought into it because my truck had been used against my knowledge.

Bill, stupid statement to make. Premeditated murder gets you sent to prison. Keep it to yourself and make sure he is facing and coming at you and you were scared for your life, not mad because you caught someone stealing a $100 lawn mower.

So glad the owner was able to get their gear back. It really hurts when one person works extra hard and long hours while doing without in order to save up for quality equipment, and then someone else takes that away in an instant.
