Check her driving record out on Escambia County Clerk of the Courts. She has been charged with RECKLESS Driving, NOT Driving in her lane (exactly what she did here), CARELESS Driving, IMPROPER Right Turn (Turned into the wrong lane), DRIVING while her license was suspended, AGAIN DRIVING in the incorrect lane / failure to drive within her lane, AGAIN CARELESS Driving, last she was arrested for Battery. This lady needs to be JAILED. She is going to kill someone … really do not care about her at all since she seems to not care about herself OR anyone else for that matter. She must be Texting and driving !!!!

Hi Our family is one of the many that helped we witnessed it as we were all standing outside .we all just did what needed to be done what we would want someone to do for us .we pray everyone recovers quickly .

To Paul and Family responding as they did…if an accident is caused, the penalty under law should be the same…bottle, cell phone, inattention, negligence = penalty of fine or jail!

The family that lived nearby was extremely helpful, and got my dad a lawn chair to sit in before the ambulances arrived. A big thank you to all the 1st responders that extricate them and provided assistance. Things would have been much worse than then already horrific experience of being pinned upside down in a wreck for 45 minutes without everyone’s help. The responding highway patrolman was very nice and professional while taking statements in the hospital.

To Paul: AMEN! if you look at the court records for the driver, there appears to be quite the history of terrible driving decisions. I pray for her soul, and hope she can come to terms with the great pain she is causing this family!

We were in the car directly behind the accident and all we could do was look for a clear path to exit safely. Truly was in God’s hands, no way I thought everyone would live from what we saw happen and how horrific the accident was. Prayers still out to the families in that Jeep Cherokee. As a former Firefighter, truly one of the worst scenes I’m seen that everyone lived. God is an amazing thing.

If you have a bottle in your hand and cause a wreck it’s a serious crime. If you have a cellphone in your hand and cause a wreck it’s not such a big deal. :/ The results to the victims are the same so the penalty should be also.
