Well it looks to me if a car is parked just right, especially as that silver, gold looking & white car pulls up a lil bit, they should be able to get the tag #, between the signs & posts. Could just be my thought process though going by the angle of camera & maybe certain spots.

All security cameras should be of this quality. Sad part is nothing will happen to them just a slap on the hand.

Good clear pictures.Banks will have to set up a camera for tag numbers also.
