It isn't funny when your children are so frightened to go outside and play, it's ridiculous! Now that they're caught people say they'll learn their lesson but I don't think so, if they are sick minded clown freaks like this they will probably stay sick minded freaks!!!! I hope these charges that are being made are worth seeing them go to jail for!!!! No KID or anyone should be scared to walk out of their house!!!
