There’s no way to excuse the actions of these men. If you aren’t able to take care of them, then you shouldn’t have them. It takes a lot of work to own any animal. But to see them in these conditions is heartbreaking. Thank you, PER, for all of the hard work that you do. I wish you didn’t have to. To see how far at least one (I can’t figure out who the darker one is), I’m so very glad they were able to come back. Thanks, too, to ECSO for your help in the case.

Why are people making excuses for these men there no excuse.they need to to jail with out food and water

I know that Kemp’s horses were being fed maybe not as much as required but I know he fed the two that were his and wormed them. The one horse was very old it was about that time anyway

I don’t understand how these guys can sleep at night knowing the condition of these horses. Unless they were bringing in hay, a quarter of an acre is not enough. Hopefully they will never be allowed to have animals again.
