There used to be another name for these but they are at least 60 yrs old, lol. Kids love them, no doubt and Century needs all the entertainment they can grab for the kids.

Having just moved here from another state that installed a splash pad in a Veterans park, I think the splash pad for Century would be great, something for the kids to do, bring some growth to the town to show they do care about kids interactions. Times have changed since our growing up, this will get the kids from behind the computer screens, off the video game and exercise for them. Just my opinion.

glad to see this new addition. it will be used. that’s the plus for people with kids. wish flomaton would get moving and add one.

Thanks Century for thinking of the children of Century with the Splash Pad. Hopefully next step will have older children in thought. We have great access to sports. What about children not “into” sports? What can they do or our commumity do to help with developing social skills with these children? Our children truly are our future.

As kids we’d have a better time playing in the red clay mud than any fancy ’splash pad’ would ever be.
