Has anyone researched how this works and perhaps at what level of government it is stuck, if that is the case? I am no expert but there are certain qualifications the applicants must meet such as clear title. If the title is not clear and you applied to the legal aid I know that can take a long time.to go through probate and such, then if there are multiple heirs a mess that is almost impossible to unwind. Is there a contact these people can directly talk to to get real answers to their valid questions.?
