Yes. As along as there is an licensed driver over 21 in the passenger seat (as it was in this accident).

Amy, I’m so very glad that Morgan wasn’t hurt any worse than she is. If there’s anything that we can do, (we’ll be praying for sure) give us a call. I know how shook up you and all three of the girls are. That is one BAD intersection and there really needs to be a traffic light. there!
