My neighbor's trees are still looming over my property. Their trees have cost me , and my insurance company, $7000.00 plus since hurricane Erin and Ivan. It's good to have insurance, but , dang it, I don't have time to deal with this. I think my neighbors are clueless, but the current law says they are not responsible if their big trees are "healthy."
