I just called and they said the drive is going to be at the downtown branch. My brother's ex wife left some late charges on their card before she left and I'm going to get those paid while doing a good deed at the same time. This is indicative of a larger problem...the disconnect between those who play with OPM & those who pay. You may say, we're only using fine money (yeah, right) but it is all tax payers money and someone pays for the the "free" t-shirt & special cards & reduction in fine income.
