A man or woman can use the restroom of their choice, but a sovereign nation of people cannot operate on their land?

I though that the new Amerika was supposed to be about diversity, tolerance and inclusion, but nearly 200 years after the US government orchestrated a genocide against the Creeks, oppression is still being perpetuated against the Creek people.

Joe Stailin once attributed all problems to men, "no man, no problem" was his solution to most difficulties.

So, the district court of appeal reversed itself on their original decision because our crooked GOPernor and his little minion Bondi asked them to-- What sort of jurisprudence do you call that?
If local residents approve a business like that in their county, why should the state stand in the way? All this legal wrangling is coming from the same 'party' that's always heehawing about "local control". Liars.
And, what makes Miami-Dade and Broward counties so different that they get special treatment under the state constitution anyway?

Why is gambling creating so many legal difficulties? Every week millions of dollars are spent on the lottery, millions are spent on dog tracks and horse races and however anyone wants to disect it legally, all of those are gambling. Bringing up the poker room in Pensacola is too obvious a choice but it fits in the same category.
