Santa Rosa just LOVES all of these delays. We pay them hundreds of thousands of dollars to house our overflow of criminals while we sort this mess out. /sigh

Over two years have passed, & they have not had enough time to inspect, photograph, etc., anything that needs looking at? What else is there to look at, at this point? Strange indeed! Drag it out some more in the hopes that they don’t have to pay. In the mean time I guess the lawyers are loving it, as the fees mount up.
