Nothing is that important. We used to live without phones in the car. lol. I travel Olive Rd 3 days a week and those barriers leave no room for error. I don't know how long the mess will be there but they surveyed that area for at least every year for 10 years, so I'm glad they finally decided to fix the flooding in that area.
